Does anyone know: there is a late departure in Dec (10:30pm depart IAH) to
Paris.

What do they serve for meals? A late-late dinner + late-late breakfast? Or
early-early breakfast and lunch?

When they have the second flight (it is not all year), the meal service is
the same as the early one - dinner after departure and breakfast before
landing.
