Quite acceptable for 50 foot high, though for 50 inches?

I've just hit the next decade and brought mine down to 32". 28" in my 20s
and then gradually crept up to 38" in my late 50s. 5'10" to put that into
context.

Maybe Airlines should introduce frames to walk through to select width and
then charge for standard or wide seats?

Yes - anything to get people to talk about his airline some more.

That's arguably the world's most successful airline, by the way -
despite the nitpicking about the level of service.
