Yes - BNP Paribas - they charge(d) 50c per access, and told me that
this was good for me as it was so easy to use the internet instead of
their (abysmal) counter service, so I should be happy at such a
reasonable fee. I moved my account to Credit Lyonnais who also charge
but it is one blanket fee.

the funny thing is most of the public seem more concerned about change
than the real issues of convenience and the economy/
