Yes - BNP Paribas - they charge(d) 50c per access, and told me that this was good for me as it was so easy to use the internet instead of their (abysmal) counter service, so I should be happy at such a reasonable fee. I moved my account to Credit Lyonnais who also charge but it is one blanket fee. B;
