I believe there are some people who are celebrities who never wanted
to be one, the ones who get that way by pursuing their art
passionately. For those people, a minority in my opinion, being a
celebrity is a negative side-effect of the business they are in.

Don's right Annie Duke gets a ten on the SpencerDogg Turd scale.

Or Alan Thicke.

As I say --- I've seen it many, many times before, albeit in an entirely
different circle.

The growth of poker due to TV has it's accompanying responsibilities,
but there are times that a certain amount of, shall we say, respect be
shown. Honestly after the first cold answer I'd of never thot to ask her
to actually do something for me. Why? Because I'd assume she was working.

As I say, I've met her several times at the Palms and she was nothing
but nice. The one time I didn't speak with her she was ---- wait for it
--- working, so I knew better.

Again, you're probably right --- but it seems I've seen him just one
step away from Tasmanian devil after a bust out.<grin> Heck, I've even
seen Doyle down to one word replies to questions, at the right time.

As an aside --- what is Sammy Farha doing these days? Don't see much
about him these days.

Saw him on NBC's "Poker After Dark" a few weeks ago; he didn't win.
