He poured a wrong drink, then poured the correct one and gave the guy both, saying they could just have both n/c. The people told management he was unprofessional. Management told the bartender at a hearing, one more complaint, your done. Maybe they just want a 28 year employee off the payroll, but he said complaints are a really big deal in Vegas..............Then I was at PH and told my casino host he didn't answer my e mail about a promotion. He took me to the cage and they gave me $750. in free play. He said "the last thing I want is for you to say your casino host let you down" Complaints in Vegas seem to be a big deal. Tom in Ct

Tom in Ct With this economy, there is certainly plenty of people just waiting for someone to retire; die or get fired so they can have a shot at that position.
