You can also drop letters off at Guest Relations in all of the parks. The postmark will say Orlando or Lake Buena Vista (I'm blanking on which at the moment), not Disney World. -Rob

Even the First Day Covers for the Disney Stamps issued in 2006 were postmarked "Orlando"...
