Guys,

Do you think that Donald has been misbehaving when it comes to a woman
carrying a child at Walt Disney World? April Magolon has supposedly
filed a lawsuit claiming that she was groped by the feather covered
avian. I recall Tigger being accused of unacceptable behavior in the
past but not Donald. Does the "Magic" diminish a little with this
latest news or is it too soon to tell?

No. What diminishes is my confidence in the legal system, that someone
like this can tarnish someone's name without any proof. The previous
incident you are referring to about Tigger? This jackass actually
referred to that case in her suit, and asserted the allegations against
him as fact. What it neglected to mention is the fact that a jury of
his peers found that Cast Member not guilty, after deliberating for less
than an hour. These kinds of baseless accusations can ruin someone's
life. This supposedly happened in 2008, but she didn't file suit for
over 2 years? Right.

No the Magic doesn't diminish a bit, but the knowledge that the world is
full of nut cases and some unscrupulous attorneys is certainly reenforced!

Don't quite understand a number of things...

Why did she wait 2 years to file suit?
If she was holding a child (as she alleges), how could she have been
"groped?"
Does she realize that Donald is usually a woman?
With only 4 "fingers" and lots of padding in those gloves, how did the Duck
do the deed?

Of course she waited two years. Have to show long pain and suffering
from the trauma, donchaknow.

I'm thinking about suing Disney for the emotional distress of not
being able to get there since last December. I'm sure I can find a
lawyer someplace...
