Some chocolate bars are low in real chocolate. I had one in Cuba once and never did figure out what is was exactly. I don't know if the US has speciality shops for chocolate, like Sprunglis in Zurich. In going to Davos from Paris we regularly stopped there to buy chocolates. Paris has a number of shops, some locally, one specializing in non-sugar chocolates for diabetics.
