I think that too that it is low price.

Below is a link to a review of our sailing posted this morning on
Cruise Critic by a non Viking. That person also noted the rude behavior
of some passengers.

Hi Tom

It was nice to finally meet you and the rest of the "Viking" gang.

In relation to the worn rattan furniture, our whole elevator lobby (deck 8
aft) was full of rattan furniture on the last night of the cruise and when
we asked what that was about, the workers told us that they were all to be
replaced on turn around, so they do replace things on a rotating basis as
they get worn.

In reference to the "Boat Drill", it was nice not to have to take the life
jackets to the drill (the week before). This was the second week of a
back -to-back cruise for us and we were told that going to the second boat
drill was optional for us because we were on the previous week.

I didn't hear the Captain yelling at the people because Barb and I were
having coffee on the Lido. I suspect that the "babble" of the people
standing there when the instructions were given was considerable, due to the
rudeness of a large segment of the passengers on that particular cruise,
because he didn't yell at us to be quiet on the previous week.
