From: BartenderWJT on 11 May 2010 02:23 I have only been to one major league game in my life... My then girlfriend and I were going to Disneyland and didn't have anything to do afterwards... The baseball stadium was very close and we watched the Seattle Mariners take on the Angels. Both teams were out of playoff contention and we watched Ken Griffey Jr. hit a home run... We then watched Ken Griffey Sr. hit a home run and complete the back to back home runs by son and Father .... I hope he tipped the waitress. It was 28 tears ago at Yankee Stafium, and the only thong interesting about it was some kind of kerfuffle in the dugout. The papers called it the pine tar game. Thomas |
