Why are you lying? You know that a lot of what you post is bollocks. British tones, universal rules of music being among examples I remember particularly well. > > It also irritates very intelligent persons who know when you > > don't know math, science, law, or other subjects but proceed to > > post anyway. > > No, it does not. Very intelligent persons will simply correct me if > they know better than I do, but they are not irritated. It seems to me that people with inferiority complexes bang on about intelligence. You are corrected constantly here, and intelligence is not necessarily the factor. That other posters know a little more about the subjects you post about is more of a key, and that you never acknowledge most of the corrections is not so much a question irritation, but a source of constant amusement. -- David Horne- http://www.davidhorne.net usenet (at) davidhorne (dot) co (dot) uk http://homepage.mac.com/davidhornecomposer http://soundjunction.org

Stupidity is low cognitive capacity; ignorance is simply a lack of acquired knowledge. The latter can be remedied, the former often cannot. > Bemused, perhaps. Perhaps, but not abusive in any case. -- Transpose mxsmanic and gmail to reach me by e-mail. |
