It can be either, depending on the property, the market, etc. Even
for a few weeks' work, $18,000 is pretty good.

In the U.S., it is often the money paid to the agent. And the
overhead isn't that high in any case.

It's over $300,000 a year, which is better than doctors and 747 pilots
usually manage.
