I haven't even had the stomach to peek at that thread yet...

I suspect it's going along the lines of certain Yank posters insisting that
EVERYONE can get good health care in the USA, "irregardless" of their
ability to pay <sigh/>

Unless you have insurance it really is easier to get good health
care in the USA if you are poor or rich than if you're middlin'.
Of course, if you are poor you wait a long time in the waiting
room first.
