were off 74%.

but yeah ---- it's the fact that the property (City Center) isn't worth
anywhere near what they've got into it that caught my eye.... which, by
some accounts, might be only 25% of cost to build.

their egos don't work like that --- and why should it? no one ever gets
fired for doing stupid stuff at those levels. Hell, they're talking
about Maccau today and how they're going to build more there.

At least the Cal, MSS, & Fremont are paid for. So was the Stardust,
but let's not go there.
