How many seats in the Fantasmic auditorium?

From: Squeakmail on 16 May 2007 08:04 Title says it all. I was at Fantasmic last night (for the first time in five years or more). Quite a large auditorium, I thought. Was wondering how much bigger it is than Indiana Jones Stunt show or Lights, Motors, Action (in terms of available seat numbers).

If memory serves - Fantasmic! area holds 10,000, that includes standing room in the back. Lights, Motor, Action! seats 5,000. Indiana Jones seats 2,000... -Joe

WHAT?? Incredible. Well, I lost that trivia question then! I understood that Indiana seated around 2,000. I was trying to "size" the Indi seats versus the Fantasmic arena. I guessed at just under twice the size - so my Fantasmic guess was about 3,000 seats. SEVEN THOUSAND sitting and three thousand MORE standing? I'm stunned. That now makes me wonder how many people sit/stand in areas to watch Wishes and/or IllumiNations. |
