Again, I too think it's reasonable to make offers on TWO houses, your original post said FIVE, and that was what I'd questioned. BTW, as you know, she and I talked for a bit after you two left. She asked if you were planning on living here full time, and I told her you were, told her that I was looking forward to having you live nearby.

Makes me wonder why she would ask you about us, rather than us directly? Did the word picky originate from her or you? We liked our previous agents alot. Problem was they were 70ish and Summerlin based. Their reluctance to submit our offer until months later cost us a house we liked. A lower offer was accepted before ours got submitted. -- JK Sinrod www.myconeyislandmemories.com

"Picky" was my clumsy attempt at being concise here. It's not even necessarily pejorative. It had nothing to do with our conversation. That was a piece in passing, the rest of it had nothing to do with you or your buying a home here. Everyone (hopefully) has their parameters, especially when making a large purchase. So YOU recognize 5 as over the top? so why take offense at my saying the same thing? I'm really sorry you did so, because that absolutely wasn't my intention and I apologize. Did she submit your offers for you?

I hate the way business is done in Nevada. I'm used to logic and NY action. What I'm getting is housewife brokers and the almighty "comparables" ruling all. Damn lets just lock ourselves in a room and make a deal. I'll take a breath and wait it out... -- JK Sinrod www.myconeyislandmemories.com -- JK Sinrod www.myconeyislandmemories.com

I never received one call back. It boggles the mind.
