From: Gadget World on 23 Nov 2009 23:57 I appreciate that everyone has a opinion that is unique to his experiences and expectations. This is why is impossible to how someone else may react to any cruise. Some people prefer to be negative and spend their lives in misery as others find the good out of anything and concentrate on that. I learned a long time ago that we only have this day once, so we might as well enjoy it. The amazing thing is that it doesn't cost any more to have a good time by "disconnecting" from the negative. From: Carol Eskra on 28 Nov 2009 15:04 Hi Sue, Glad to hear good reports on the Emerald as we sail her in April 2010. I also enjoyed the Grand Princess and the Love Boat. Never had a complaint about the food, but then I am easy to please. Carol

Peter, That's a bit harsh... I don't know where in the world you are getting such information..I have cruised several times with Charles and have never heard him badmouth the assistant waiters or any waiter. I certainly have never been embarrassed by anything that Charles did or said at the table either... --Jean |
