Just received our "ruby red" luggage tags from Princess for our January 9th
cruise on the Ruby Princess.
Looks like Princess still sends out tags.

Princess is changing their program. Everything will be online for
sailings departing January 21 or later.

We have a group on the Caribbean Princess departing January 10 and we
got the old paper luggage tags with the information packet, but much of
the new format stuff is also available online.

Here's a thought, what happens to cruising seniors who don't know how to
use a computer? Will TAs supply the tags for them? What if they booked
with the cruise line over the phone? I know it's the internet age, but
still there are people who aren't internet savvy or just don't have a
computer let alone know how to use one.

We have a Princess cruise booked for ourselves for next month (December) and
everything is already online, including the luggage tags. This is no
different than our Princess cruise in April of 2010.

Smooth sailing to all...

I have a lot of customers who aren't on the Intergoogle. I usually do
the pre-cruise online registration for them and print their documents.
It isn't a big deal.
