No, surprisingly - I've gotten blanks ones from either them or Celebrity in the past. Tags don't seem to be NCL's strong point - on a previous voyage the numbers were in the wrong location and the first digit was off the side of the label.

I haven't seen them yet, but the tags are supposed to be pretty sturdy. Unfortunately, I'm left with plenty of stock from the "old" program, whcih started about May of 2008.
