Perhaps he booked it on the phone and did not have the deck plans? He
might of specified he wanted a cabin in the middle. Or it might have
been a guarantee. In either of those cases it might be possible to get
the cabin changed. I have done it in both the above instances when I
found out something about the cabin I did not like. Even a guarantee
assignment.
