I can't imagine being there with a baby without a rental car. You
always need something, and Walgreens is a heck of a lot cheaper than the
gift shop at your resort! Miles used to fall asleep the minute you put
him in his car seat, which was great for controlling his sleep schedule.

Don't think we are going to rent a car. We liked the idea of taking
an extra dufflebag or something with supplies and then using it for
lugging gifties home. DD has a HUGE dufflebag. Another issue has
arisen. DD saw a news report yesterday morning about harnesses you
can get for airline travel. Of course it necessitates purchasing
another ticket for the baby but at least she is strapped in safely
rather than just being held on a lap which is so not safe. This will
be mommy's call but I think she's going to go for the harness and
extra seat. Not sure if they charge full price for little ones or not
but we will ask Southwest.

None of this is written in stone. DS is going with his family as well
and that will include an almost 2-year-old (Good Golly Miss Molly).
Maybe everyone will want to chip in on a van, who knows? Would make
life a lot easier but depends on what everyone else wants to do.

I'd suggest as a starting point that you look at the "one price" boxes
from the USPS. The diapers will compress reasonably well, but I don't
know how many you can jam in to one. Formula would be the other
pressing concern.

If you use a towncar you can always make a stop on the way in.

Diapers? Just cut a litle hole in the bottom of the stroller and
stand on the side while you push it along. :-0

That's a good idea too. Formula won't be a problem. Baby is on
breast milk but we are hoping to have her on cow's milk a month
earlier than the doctor would normally allow so we don't have to bring
the pump and all the paraphernalia that goes along with that. (I
know, TMI.)

We're using Magical Distress er I mean Magical Express.

That works for me. Don't know if other guests and the janitorial
castmember would like that.

Patty, you came up with a new one! Maybe I'll combine them. Tragical
Distress. LOL

Judy says I "hate" ME, I really don't, I just want total control of my
own time and stuff. Plus I enjoy driving around Orlando. The thought
of standing in line right off the plane for anything is anathema to the
spirit of why I do trip plans -- to avoid lines and crowds.
