We actually just happened upon it walking to the Magic Kingdom. I
checked it again on the way back and thought, "Yep, that's her."

That's amazing! It's not like hers is the only brick there. I have to
confess that I also occasionally peruse the bricks I trod upon in the
DL esplanade. but I have never seen a name that looked even remotely
familiar.
