Sir,

Your Idea of moving to Vegas is a good idea. I would love to do the
same thing. I live directly West of Vegas, near Fresno, California.

I retired from 33 yrs. in law enforcement in 2004 and I am looking for
a retirement location.

President Bush ( Crawford, Tx. ) just bought a 100,000 acre ranch in
Paraguay SA.

Paraguay is the #1 US Retirement pick from MSNBC and Smart Money Mag.
It is super cheap to live up at 8,000 feet, in the Andes Mountains,
and the temp. is 70 degrees year round !

The City starts with a C....something like ...Ceurtas. Paraguay. The
city has 9 Casino's mostly in American and other Hotels.

The Government of Paraguay is giving all kinds of goodies to US
Retirees to move there. They offer 20 yrs. of no income tax, 20 yrs.
of no property tax, $ 20.00 a Month for full medical and dental
coverage !

Paraguay has a stable Government and I think I read the currency of
Paraguay is the US Dollar.

So, ;ets see if I understand you. You actually "bought" 100,000 acres
in Paraguay? You did fly down there and look at it right? This guy
is not some gentleman from Nigeria that introduced himself to you via
unsolicited email, right.

Hum, let's see. We have three auto bridges here in Memphis that cross
the Mississississippi :) River. It is the major connection point for
all trucks and auto heading west out of Dixie and east entering. You
can set a toll booth on it and make a ton. I have the paperwork on
that bridge and it can be yours for only 2.5 million US bucks. Shall
I give you the account information to transfere the funds? Just let
me know when you are ready.

100,000 acres, huh. I hope you got mineral rights as well. Or, were
they extra??

From what I understand Paraguay is where a lot of Nazis relocated
after WWII.

No Don.

I bought nothing: the OP tells how the Bush family bought land in
Paraguay.

Do a quick google: "moving to Paraguay."

Lots of Americans have moved to SA, especially to Paraguay and
Ecuador.

Some do it for political reasons.

For some it is a Viable Alternative to retiring to Sin City.

The cost of living is quite attractive, and the OP reports they have
casinos!

I suggest you look into it: who knows, they might need a message
board.

Mr. V, Rumor had it that you croaked. Glad to see you made it back
from the dead. I have the urge for some VP tomorrow and will at Spirit
Mountain around 9 AM. Any chance you'll be there? You still owe me a
free, self serve diet Pepsi.
