The "pay as you go tickets", not only used by the buyer (metro ticket-
t, carnet, Paris visit, etc...), are not yet available on the navigo
decouverte pass but will be in the future.
For the weekly/monthly/annual travelcard season tickets, only
available with navigo for the moment, you still need a photo, since
they can't be used by somebody else.
With navigo decouverte you put it yourself on the card, previoulsly
bought anonymously like for the carte orange.
With the normal nominative navigo pass it is scanned on the spot when
you buy it in a club-RATP commercial agency.
