I just heard on the news they are raising the cost of obtaining a
passport to $140.00 per person,what a hike.

Passport books will jump in price $35, for a total cost of $135 for
adults, individuals age 16 and over. Passport books for minors will
now cost $105, which is a $20 increase.

The price for a passport card will jump up $10 for adults and $5 for
minors. The total prices will come to $55 and $40, respectively.
