It's the Pride of American. The Pride of Hawaii was converted to the Norwegian Jade. Remember that it's American service (we're all equals) and not continental service (we're your servants) and you'll be fine. I haven't been on that ship, but the Pride of Hawaii crew was very friendly and enthusiastic. >After we finish the cruise we fly to the Big >Island and I rent a car and we drive up to the Volcano National Park - >staying for a couple of days right outside the park. I like the Big Island. I actually prefer Hilo to Kona. If you have some time in Honolulu, visit Shangri La, Doris Duke's estate. It's supposed to be fabulous. I am familiar with a number of those cities, so I'm going to listen to a bit of one to see what I think.
