The Mercury has gone though this before. That is having massive

The CDC said it was bad enough on Mercury that it should not sail. And
Celebrity is offering full refunds. I expect the Mercury is not long for
the Celebrity fleet.

I doubt it could be the same bug not knocked down from the outbreaks of
a few years ago on the ship. What I wonder though if there is something
in the design of the ship, the plumbing or procedures onboard that that
facilitate the spread of Noro.
