I rather like this webcam in Hammerfest (one of the most northerly ports in
Europe).

I don't know how they do it but the colour pictures are actually live - you
can follow people walking about as the camera pans round the harbour front.
It must use an enormous amount of bandwidth.

This one in North Holland has a motion sensor which only updates the
image when it changes

and it has sound. It might not be accessible from outside the Netherlands.
