Easy.
Get whoever is managing to get that close up footage right inside the
volcano to get him back. I mean, if they can do that scary close-up
stuff...
Alternatively; convince Americans into taking part in a simultaenous
mass sharp-in-take-of-breath assuring them that their effort will
change the direction of the wind thereby enabling him to at least make
it back as far as the UK where apparantly there's a political vaccancy
in the making.
