True, but living in a senior "retirement residence" as I do, only the
"normal" broadcast frequencies are available to me (no Sirius). One of
our NPR stations broadcasts a brief "News from the BBC" segment daily,
but the interval is too short to provide anything like full coverage.

Oh! Now we have a grammar Nazi here...No, I meant "too" as in "also" when
agreeing with Erilar's post.
So this is what keeps you so busy that you cannot watch TV...looking for
things to hatefully criticize...your country or anyone who disagrees with
you. You are one bitter person. By the way, you did answer my question as
to what you do that keeps you so busy that I seem to have more time to watch
TV than you do. I divulged my activities....you have none? No
life...explains it all.

Oh, I know, everyone is ill informed except Evelyn....all those people who
overwhelmingly listen to Fox have absolutely no intelligence...Evelyn is
the only one who is the intelligent one vs. the millions that watch Fox.
Of course, you prefer to listen to MSNBC's Chris Matthews who had "tingles
running down his leg" during Obama's Inauguration...his words! Too funny!
Speak of pablum.

Curious to know shat that threshold might be, since lacking
criteria it's rather meaningless, I said:

So Mixi replies, totally beside the point:

Which means you need to have some sort of objective criteria. Are
you able to elucidate us with anything but, "The threshold of
safety is extremely low" and "In aviation, if you don't know, you
don't go"?
