The Midway certainly doesn't have the personality that the
previous locations did (it's just a flat gray background),
but the animation is still fun to watch. Too bad they couldn't
have worked in a segment from "Tron" to juice up the geeks who
are invading the city this weekend, but that movie wouldn't
have fit with this event's water theme.

Anyway, it continues through Sunday at:

What do you mean it doesn't have personality - it's a SHIP and not just
some boring building! :-) I saw it in person last night, and it's
really cool to see it in person - much more impressive than seeing it
on-line. You just don't get the scale of it, nor the appreciation for
how crisp and clean the projections are, from the small image they have
on the web site.

I think I saw one Comicon refugee (or escapee) there last night, but
otherwise no sign of them. Did you hear that the MTS changed some of
the trolley signs to Klingon? Too funny.

:-) No offense meant to the Midway! Perhaps I should have said, "the
side of the MIday certainly doesn't have..."

I hope they gave you decent audio, too. I know that the Disney folks
are capable of much better audio than we're getting on the website.

LOL! Do you have photos? If not, I'll noodle around to find some.
I hope the Klingon is alternating with English so that people who
don't speak Klingon can still get around SD this weekend. :-)
