When I typed your name in the search engine of
http://www.cite-musique.fr, I got your concert... and an Yvette Horner
(French accordionist) concert :-)

BTW it's scheduled for Sept. 23!

It sounds like a cool program, I'll attend it. Are you invited ?

Er, you're right!

I am, but I'm still not 100% certain I can attend yet. It's a busy
month. I'll certainly try though.

>I bet Devon was nice over the weekend too.

It was, sunny, warm with a cooling breeze. Good food (salmon and
samphire pie, belly of pork with mash, scallops in mustard sauce,
lobster in cajun spices, monkfish stuffed with basil and tomato,
wrapped in bacon) and the sexiiest barmaid I have ever seen. This
is true, a local youth walked up to the bar, looked at her 4 inch
cleavage and calmly ordered a "bromide top". She just smiled and
leaned over the pumps more. We had crab baguettes there.

Its probably quite nice, there is a mountain goat bus that goes
over some of the ELD passes, seeing as you wont do the sensible
thing!

Actually, an interesting route to Wasdale would be-

train from Manchester to Barrow
train from Barrow to Ravenglass
steam train to Dalegarth
walk the 3 miles top Wasdale!

No wind at the moment. It's 43 degrees in the shade in Parisian
cupboards.
