Hi all, in Tivoli, 30 km far from rome in a big apt with the me/the
owner, in centre 1st floor, i rent as B&B a single studio-room for 40 euro
daily, 250 weekly, 600 monthly and a double room, B&B too, for 60 euro/day,
350 euro/week, 800 euro/month.
Bathroom is shared for the two rooms and have a tube.
Italian breakfast based on coffee milk croissant muffin marmalade fruit
fresh and fruit juice .... is avalaible a private car at a cheap rate to go
to Rome, 30 euros + fuel. Rome is 30 km far.
If you want get a culture journey as well as fun one this is a good cheap
place: landmarks are Villa d'este, Villa gregoriana, Villa adriana, Termas ,
medieval town and some sightseeing of first industrial periodaged last of
1800.

Abt trasportation: car is avalaible with driver, so living here you can
visit rome too without the loud hustel-bustel life of a big city and
getting the best price you can get. Wi FI and PC avalaible for free, GPS

A buffet italian dinner is avalaible under according.
