If someone moved to Henderson, and then the local Filipino-American
Association got a copy of their post to the net about"filipenis", what
could happen? If someone bought a house in Henderson and the local NAACP
or BPP got a copy of their posts to usenet insulting the chief
executive, what could happen? If LULAC or La Raza found out an
admitted, documented racist moved to Henderson, what could happen? If
someone's wife had no idea about a secret racist life online got copies
of her husband's obscene threats, what could happen? Would copies of
obvious racist statements using the same email address as that provided
to a mortgage writer affect any provisions of civil rights aspects of
housing laws? If any of the email addy's provided to a mortgage banker
were linked to racist rants, could it be used to deny a loan? What
would the HOA and neighbors do with honest print-outs of racist posts
from a new resident?

DH, I'd think any of the groups you' mention would be appalled at that
party's offensive comments. Would they shun him in his neighborhood? In
his own house? I'm not sure. But I do think we're going to find out soon
enough.

IMHO, his neighbors would shun him until he reached out to them and
they saw that he was as human as they are. Then he would sue the
person that did it.
