I've been busy checking out the area of Vegas which is zip code 89148. It
is one of the newer areas just north of Rhodes ranch off of sunset road
east.
Although I have an offer on a home in Henderson, in case that deal falls
through, this morning I went to this area bounded by fort
apache/maule/sunset road and looked at some house on bighorn ranch/Allison
ranch and bandera creek.
The neighborhood looks great and the houses look ok (although the back
yards are a tad small) and I was wondering what any locals know about this
area of Vegas.
Anything good or bad. This area I believe might be called "southern
terrace" since the houses are in an HOA.
Any comments are welcomed.

Silly me, I meet people there all the time - because no one can miss
it.

If I had said some back alley at 2:00 AM, then I could see him whining
“unreasonable”.

The Fashion Show Mall is easy to get to off Spring Mountain Rd. And is
centrally located.

But since Paytoon doesn’t live here, no place I pick will be
“reasonable“.

He’ll be like Goldylocks; “too close to Strip” “too far away” “bad
neighborhood” excuse, excuse, excuse. Until he finally has time to
arrive in Vegas, from wherever he really lives.
