I was thinking the same thing, so I have to agree with both PDDeen and Sue.
I know I have seen throw-away underwater camera at the local stores.
Purchasing there would be cheaper than while on the cruise. And what if the
ship doesn't carry them or is out of stock? On the other hand, and depending
on how many pictures you take, maybe just have one roll developed on the
ship, even though it will no-doubt be a bit more expensive. This way you can
see the results, so at least you might have the opportunity to correct
something; for once you return home, it's too late.

Disposable waterproof cameras can be bought in just about any
supermarket or drug store.

The last cruise we were on they no longer processed film - only
digital. (Celebrity)
