You could assemble any such Disney Urban Legend out of spare parts of
other Disney Urban Legends--

Disney tends to attract a perfect storm of Urban Legend #3: "Twisted
Secrets of Your Childhood Favorites" with Urban Legend #6: "Other Kids'
Uncaring/Indulgent Parents" (when not using Urban Legend #2: "Really
Cool Death or Dismemberment")...But it was the 90's Eisner Era that
added that kicker dose of Urban Legend #5, "Soulless Predatory
Mega-Corporations".
It was only the Howie-fan hobbies of the individual poster that
embellished the "fat retarded kid" aspect into the story--Embellishments
aren't as interesting when they can be traced, they end up showing the
author's hand.

Derek Janssen (y'know, when there's only six or seven of them floating
around, there's just not much suspense anymore)

Yes.

I remember this being posted here before, and I think more than once in
my 15 years on RADP.

Guess school's out for Winter Break?
