No. That ended last year when the "What will you celebrate?" promotion ended. Wear them in the park or to meals and you never know what might happen. I was at WDW a couple of weeks ago with two people celebrating birthdays and by wearing the pin they got sprinkled with pixie dust sometimes. One got free cotton candy at the candy store in MK, the other got a free dessert at one of our meals, they both got a cupcake with a candle at another meal.
