Are they still giving you a free day (or whatever you choose) if you
are in a park on your birthday?

No. That ended last year when the "What will you celebrate?" promotion
ended. Then this year they had the "Give a Day, Get a Disney" promotion but
they have reached the limit of free day giveaways already.

Be sure to get the Happy Birthday buttons from Guest Relations or your
resort front desk. Wear them in the park or to meals and you never know
what might happen.

I was at WDW a couple of weeks ago with two people celebrating birthdays
and by wearing the pin they got sprinkled with pixie dust sometimes. One
got free cotton candy at the candy store in MK, the other got a free
dessert at one of our meals, they both got a cupcake with a candle at
another meal. Not saying that you'll get those exact things but you
never know when PD will be happen.

What about wedding anniversaries? We mark 20 years still together and
still above ground when we go in September.
