Sounds like either an oversale situation, or substitution of a smaller
aircraft (i.e., 767 for 777, etc.). That's standard denied boarding
procedure. Glad you got the upgrade to business class.

Cheers for all the answers and business class was fantastic!! Never
thought we'd ever do it, as soon as they mentioned business class my
wife jumped at it.

Looks like we'll be back to cattle class for our next trip :-(
