sorry I hit the wrong key..was going to say I signed papers this morning
for a house in Henderson. Got a nice 3BR/2BA 1460SF house with a swimming
pool in the backyard and a good sized lot. Plenty of room for the dog.
Went by last Friday, the 1st day the house was for sale, to checkout the
house....put in an offer and the bank sent word yesterday that my offer
was approved. It is a repo and used to be owned by some woman who failed
to make the mortgage payments.
I know....I took advantage of someone's misery but hey...thats life. Not
my fault.
Everything looks to be in good shape and the bank is giving a 2 year
warranty on the house.
Closing during the first 10 days of September right before my apartment
lease is up.
Couldn't ask for better timing.
Now if only one of my next door neighbors turned out to be tom moronson,
I'd be overwhelmed with glee. That would really make my day!

It used to be the abode of several mythical characters
It's only a hop, skip and jump away from the yellow brick road.

How is that possible when we waited months to get an answer on repo's?
