Thanks to outsourcing, some telemarketer calls are now coming into the US from overseas. In a related note, may collection agencies are now located in Canada so they don't have to comply with US laws about calling people at work, calling your boss/family/friends. George L

Indiana took a company based/doing business from Utah to court and won even though the company doing the calling was out the US.
