In case anyone is interested I've posted the menu from Napa Rose at the
Disneyland Resort.

I had the Vintner's menu with paired wines (on page 2) but asked the
chef to substitute the Rabbit Meatloaf (page 1) for the second
appetizer. As always the service was excellent and the food was the best.

Thanks! I know now I can cross it off my list next time I get to
Disneyland. I'm sure it's great to a more typical/normal person,
though! You're much more of a foodie than I am...perhaps Lisa Cubbon
would enjoy it also.

Oh my, so many items that sound absolutely delicious!

The Lemon Feather cake really sounds intriguing! What was it like?

Ah,. it is great! I like Napa Rose too. But the last couple times at DL
we had dinner at the Storybook Cafe and it's more normal food and very good.

It's my favorite restaurant (along with The Hobbit,
http://www.hobbitrestaurant.com, about 20 minutes from Disneyland). I
bet Lisa would like it as well.

I have the recipe for their short ribs up on my web site, if you would
like to try it:

It takes all day but is definitely worth the time.
