For some reason, I have no trouble whatsoever picturing you at a Star
Trek convention, Walt

Yes your lordship, as you deem fit, or subject to your rudeness.

Yeah, it's called ganging up.

Could you please direct me to the useful information you're providing
in this thread?

We're not into the photo and sig op's at all. The trade room, people
watching, and the "used to be" actors tables are fun for me. My wife likes
to hear the celebs speak to the fans in the big room. Last years weird
highlight was meeting Cousin It and "Jaws" from the old James Bond flicks.
We ran into John Schuck at the breakfast buffet. Helluva nice man. These
actors get paid based on star quality. You can get a Wesley Crusher for $10,
but Uhura or Sulu may be $50-$100? I think they need to sign to make
appearance money. This is a very rare and last minute appearance by Picard.
The best are the ones that were in 1 ep 40 years ago, and are sitting all
alone waiting to talk to anyone. Also the former lovely Trek ladies are
always fun to gawk at.
Anyway... you know we are buffet maniacs, and I agree that the M has
risen to the top of our list. Whats the current status on the Harrahs 24
hour buffet deal?

Still available. See Joe Marley's TR from 7/13. For maximum value, start
with a later dinner so you can use the pass the following day for another
dinner.

In June I had intended to do a marathon buffet crawl with the pass, but it was
so darn hot I just didn't feel like it. In general my buffet action has been
going down due to the elimination of some coupons and the increased
availability of other dining vouchers and deals.
