I have received the following memo.

April 8, 2010

To: Chief Engineer
From: Audit Committee

In response to your request, we have examined the 1st quarter revenue
and expenditures of our nuclear power plant, gift shop, restaurant, and
main ballroom. Total expenditures are 28.6% above budget while revenues
are 98.9% of budget.

Complete details are provided in Attachment A.

Summarizing expenses, we find that the nuclear power plant is on budget.
Overages for the gift shop, restaurant and ball room are about 34% for
each cost center. (See Attachment A for details.)

Summarizing revenues, we find that the nuclear power plant is about 26%
over budget, the gift shop and restaurant are on budget. The ballroom
does not generate revenue. (See Attachment A for details.)

Analysis of the overages shows that in each case the over budget
condition can be attributed in total to the fence which Disney erected
around its main warehouse.

Accordingly, we predict that the over budget condition will persist
throughout the year unless corrective action is taken. We propose some
corrective actions in attachment B.

Respectfully submitted.
Audit Committee

Note 1: On advice of counsel, Attachments A & B are omitted from this
post.

Note 2: If any members are experienced mining engineers, please contact
Guido.

Note 3: It looks like Angie (our Nurse Practitioner) will be joining us
shortly.

Joe wants to know why we're not renting out the ballroom so it can
generate revenue?

He doesn't have time to help with the mining operation, sorry.

Grand Ballroom entertainment events are free to members. We sometimes
ask for a "suggested donation." We generally, limit the use of our
facilities to members and their guests. If financial conditions become
dire, we may revisit that policy.

we would have made a sizeable donation to the ballroom fund (and perhaps
the rum punch fund) but Ferret needed to buy more Disney pins.
