OK, Kitty. You're not into parades and you can ride the MK rides
anytime. You can experience the festive holiday MK any night other
than MVMCP. So what's the $115 for? Cocoa and cookies?

Well, you do get the fireworks show, the Christmas shows around
the park, the dance parties if you have kids, all the characters
are dressed in their Christmas outfits, and they re-light Main
Street and throw in snow, and if you don't use a day on your MYW
ticket, you can still be in MK for 8 or 9 hours included in the cost
of the event, and knowing that you're there with all the other guests
just to celebrate Christmas. Disney style.

Not that I'm defending it, or anything like that...

Yeah, my response reeks of "Humbug" but I find the Christmas spirit at
MK just fine without ponying up the extra bucks (and it's another
closed event that diminishes MK's hours during the weeks in December).

Hey, don't forget fighting with all the other regular party goers for
t-shirts, sweatshirts and pins!

Which reminds me, has anyone seen the picture of PiC in her balloon
hat she faithfully wore all night? (From the 2007 Halloween Party.
She's gonna be sooooo sorry she said I could use her pics on the
site...)

(queue small world music) The CM who was making the hats was
from Niles, IL, about 10 miles from here... (mercifully stop small
world music)
