The operations are a piece of cake for the patient - since we're
unconscious! Afterwards it's not so much fun, but at least that part
is temporary.

Lisa - the "tummy tuck" is definitely a fringe benefit. Wish I could
convince him to take some of the hips & thighs as well, but I'll be
thankful to lose a bit of the pudge that's crept on these past years.
In fact, before I gaine some weight I'm not sure the surgery would
have been possible (the mastectomy would have been....but maybe not
this type of reconstruction).

Sending my bit of Pixie Dust your way, and hoping for a quick and easy
recovery.

Sending happy thoughts and Pixie Dust to you, and hoping maybe I can say
"hi" in person, in December!

Yup, it looks pretty official. Unless things just completely fall apart
at work, Mr. and Mrs. Bashful should be making a bashful appearance this
December. Tentative plans have us driving this time (might be asking
for some advice on that soon!), and we'd probably be leaving pretty much
right after the big meet (staying Dec. 4 - 11), but since we survived
the last one, we will probably get up the gumption to lurk at this
year's gathering, too.
