I will have a car. But I'm looking more for high-end quality than
cheaper. I'm taking the girlfriend, and it's her first trip ever to
Vegas.

Terribles puts out a great breakfast buffet for only $4.99. Lets face
it...it doesn't take a paris chef to turn out eggs; bacon; french toast
etc.
Just one thing..with the slowdown in vegas traffic, the breakfast buffet
now opens at 900AM rather that 700AM.

Of all the breakfast buffet's I've personally eaten, I thought the
Paris buffet was the best. I' ve also read that the new Aria breakfast
buffet is a relative bargain for $15.
(Not a buffet, but the Peppermill has the BEST overall breakfast grub
on the Strip IMO, especially if you like ommelettes AND huge portions
that you won't be able to finish!)

I like spice market buffet for breakfast (most breakfast buffets are
okay in my opinion - not great but I can usually find something that is
good). I also like Golden Nugget breakfast buffet.
