Looking for opionions:

1) Best breakfast buffets? Not brunch, just regular breakfast.
2) Best prime rib?
3) Any buffets with lobster?

Price "no object" - I don't want to spend $20 for breakfast or $50 for
dinner, but cost no object within reason.

Also, I saw a few hyper-pricey buffets - like $50-$90. What's with
these? What do they offer to make it worthwhile?

Thanks. (Leaving for Vegas tomorrow.)

Mandalay Bay has a lobster tail option with your buffet meal where you
can get one but not all you can eat........Bellagio is good also.

I think the $50-90 'buffets' are usually the Champagne Brunches.

We usually go with pretty much any big hotel breakfast buffet that we
have a coupon for. That said, Paris breakfast is better than the rest.
Almost every one has a really good PR. I've drooled over Flamingo, Hilton,
and Paris PR. All you can eat lobster is at Ballys Sterling, big bucks and
Sunday only. The ones to hit are Belaggio, Planet Ho, Paris, M, Wynn. Off
strip bargains we like are Orleans, Main Street Station, Fremont, Texas and
Palace Stations.

Will you have a car? Are you limited to the Strip and/or downtown?

> Thanks. (Leaving for Vegas tomorrow.)

Doh!

Haven't heard of any reasonably-priced breakfast buffets that are also really
good. For the price of most breakfast buffets on the Strip, try Hash House a Go
Go at Imperial Palace. It's not a buffet but they serve humongous portions;
you'll get more than enough to eat.

If you have a car, South Point's coffee shop has a prime rib special at $12.95
that's supposed to be really good. Available 24 hours. Farther south on I-15
is the M Resort with a really good buffet.

Haven't heard of any buffets with lobster in your price range.
