Yep, it really does :)
At least out there when you go to a shady spot, you can tell a
difference.
Plus, out there you can duck into an ice cold casino when you like,

I was forced out of the house yesterday around 3 pm and noted a huge
reduction in traffic --- 50% less if I had to guess. I also noted as I
drove by AZ Chucks (Decatur) there wasn't a two dozen cars in the lot.
Yikes!

The temp where I ended up, near Decatur and Rancho, was 119 as measured
by 3 different thermometers in the area.
