nope. one of the parties whom I know that is getting hassled by the RJ
posted a header he wrote, two graphs from the RJ story -- clearly marked
as such, and a link to the story on the RJ site.

The site has no commercial elements to it.

As an interesting aside --- the same day Ricghthaven filed suit
Frederick ("publisher" RJ) used as much or more of a story the guy wrote
for another outlet in one of his attack columns.

Well you see for conservatives, when corporations & the wealthy sue
it's fine they're just protecting their rights (and definitely not
frivolous!) but when the average person/ consumer sues corporations
and the wealthy, then of course it's obviously "frivolous"! The
hypocrisy is just ASTOUNDING!
